The village of Buffalo Grove began as a German dairy farming community in the 1840s. The area grew steadily and was incorporated as a village in 1958. As it became more suburban, farms were sold off to developers. While selling off their land in 1964, three brothers and descendants of the original settlers also donated three acres and their farmhouse to the village. The land was later transferred to the Buffalo Grove Park District on the condition that the land would be used for either a museum or library. Lakeland serves the area and would like the opportunity to be your Buffalo Grove Residential or Commercial Roofer.
The picture on the top of this page features a home where we removed a tired, weathered cedar shake roof and replaced it with an attractive high-quality CertainTeed shingle. We further improved the style and design by installing copper in all of the valleys on the roof. The end result was an attractive, functional roof that will look great for decades to come and will provide the necessary protection for the inside of the home.
On the other hand, traditional homes may have a portion of the roof that is a flat roof. That flat roof area may be a second-floor balcony or second or third floor deck space.
In addition to working on Residential Roofs, Lakeland also specializes in Commercial Roofs in the Buffalo Grove area.
